Excellant stuff and stunning location up to the beach hut stores at the end of the property, everything was very good. The room was brand-new and spotless with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

The room I booked was cleaned everyday and available with the TV did n't work, champagne and a bathroom. This accommodation had a central setting close to cruise ship port. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from Riu.

The food was outstanding with lots of alternatives. I booked updated, brand-new room with the kind size bed, the TV did n't work. Smooth check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was brilliantly friendly. The hotel was in a central location right on the beach. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby.

Wanted to explore Puerto Plata and this hotel was good home base for doing it. Got fairly new, extremely spacious room with a king size bed. Everything seemed fine, so clean. Short way from the sandy beach. Had hot drinks in the poolside bar. The weather was warm sunny, had VERY LOVELY stay.
